Kendall S. Wagner, M.D. began working with attorneys involved in Med-Legal matters in 1985.  Since that time, he has obtained a great deal of experience in both medical malpractice and personal injury cases, both for the plaintiff and defense.  The current caseload is approximately plaintiff and defense.

Dr. Wagner enjoys a reputation as one of the truly “straight-shooters” in orthopedic medicine in the Southern California area.  The majority of the new cases come from attorneys who have either used Dr. Wagner’s services in the past, or have been the opposing attorney on prior matters.

Our office is well aware of the stress placed upon attorneys to get cases reviewed, set depositions, and schedule experts for arbitration or trial.  We have a reputation for making every effort possible to reduce that stress by being accessible, prompt with reports, and being available for depositions or testimony whenever and wherever needed.
